My Wellness Tools™ listing

Weight and Waist* …
the most familiar measurements.  Research shows which size measurements for your body type indicate reduced or increased risk of heart disease or diabetes.

Blood Pressure* …
is a vital sign of life, measuring the high and low pressures of blood moving inside. Normal pressure keeps your heart, arteries, kidneys and eyes healthy versus damaged at higher levels.

Glucose  …
your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose. Insulin regulates this process. Over use of this body system could eventually result in Type II diabetes, an undesirable outcome.

Triglycerides* …
are made from food you do not need immediately for energy.  They float in your blood before storage in your fat.  They can be a risk factor for heart disease and stroke.

Basic Cholesterols: Total, LDL and HDL* …
are building blocks of the body.  Good HDL carries the bad LDL away to the dump before it can deposit in your arteries and cause disease.  Total gives you only a general idea.

Wellness Color Score ™ …
creates a wellness overview.  This helps you focus on what
needs your attention most.
